Ο Άρνε Σέλινγκ σπούδασε δυτική και κινέζικη Ιατρική στη Γερμανία και στη Κίνα και ζει στο Βερολίνο όπου εργάζεται ως διαβητολόγος. Μαθητής πολλών Βουδιστών Δασκάλων ακολουθεί από το 1995 τον Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche. Από το 2002 ως το 2013 υπήρξε πρόεδρος του Siddhartha's Intent Europe. Μεταφράζει τις διδασκαλίες του Rinpoche στα γερμανικά και είναι υπεύθυνος για το αρχείο του στην Ευρώπη. Μεταφράζει επίσης τις διδασκαλίες και άλλων δασκάλων στη Γερμανία, Ελβετία και Αυστρία. Γράφει για διάφορα βουδιστικά περιοδικά, διηύθυνε διάφορα βουδιστικά κέντρα, μετέφρασε βουδιστικά βιβλία και διδάσκει το Ντάρμα από το 2005.
About the Teacher
Arne Schelling has studied western and Chinese medicine in China and in Germany. He lives in Berlin and works as a diabetologist. He has been a student of many Buddhist Masters and has followed Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche since 1995. From 2002 to 2013 he was president of Siddhartha's Intent Europe Institute. He translates the teachings of Rinpoche in German and he is responsible for Rinpoche's archive in Europe. He also translates the teachings of other teachers from Germany, Switzerland and Austria. He has been writing for various Buddhist journals, he has managed various Buddhist centers, and he has translated Buddhist books. He is teaching the Dharma since 2005.
